So Steven has posted video, photos, sound tracks and biographies of the Noe Valley Parrots that brunch on our tree, but my life is not that interesting and so, here are my own photos of the pretty birdies.

 

MLB Fanfest is underway at the Moscone Center.  It's an interesting mix of commerce, memorabilia, museum-like dioramas & kiosks, autograph signings, truck displays, minor-league information, world-baseball information -- quite a collection of all things baseball:

 

 

Juan Marichel managed one of the two minor league all-star teams that played today (World v USA) -- he is a legend in San Francisco and seeing him back was fantastic:

During July every year the berries on our neighbor's tree ripen to the point where the wild parrots love to feast on them -- so we get wild parrots visiting every year (supposedly the nest in the palm trees in the median strip of Dolores Street):
